Get FORMED!

St. Mary parishioners now have FREE access to 1000s of Catholic movies, documentaries, Bible studies, children’s programs, audiobooks, talks, and more. There’s something for the whole family and for every stage of the faith journey.

Getting started is easy!

1)  Go to formed.org/signup.

2)  Click on Find Your Parish Subscription

3)  Click on Continue to sign up login-in

4)  Enter your email address and click Next

5)  If your email is already in the system, you will be emailed a log-in code to enter on this sign-in page (or, if you have already set up a password, you will be asked to enter your password here). Once registered, you can access FORMED anytime at formed.org or through the FORMED app on your favorite device.

6)  If your email is not in the system, you will need to enter your name, click the box to agree to the Terms of Use, and click Sign Up.

7)  Select your parish by entering the parish zip code or city, then click Submit.

8)  You should then be taken to the main FORMED site and should be automatically signed in and be able to access all the content.
